		<description>Yes Tem.  You are correct.  With new master pages support it also means that you can now start building user control.  The category menu is currently converted to user control and you can easily create your new user control too.  I believe this is true with sign in page as well.  As for changing the default behavior, you will want to extend the core function through in process add-in model.</description>
